We love your little ones, but due to limited capacity our wedding is an adults-only event. We encourage you to make this a date night!

Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity we cannot accommodate additional guests; we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as "[Your name] + [Guest]" if a plus one has been given to you, and "Guest" will appear under your name when you RSVP.

While your presence at our wedding is enough, if you would like to give us a wedding gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund so we can plan a trip together. :)

Please RSVP by May 1, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will be required to consider you as not attending. We must provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 2:45 p.m.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent during our wedding ceremony. We have a talented photographer who will capture all the special moments. We will be sure to share these photos with you.

Yes! Please have a drink on us. However, the bar will close during dinner and the first dance. It will open again when it is time for everyone to hit the dance floor. We would appreciate you bringing some cash to tip the hard-working bartender.

We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Semi-formal wear is requested. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside.

Due to town bylaws, all guests must leave the venue by 11:00 p.m. There will be a shuttle bus at 10:45 p.m. to bring guests from the venue to the Best Western hotel in Smiths Falls.

While there are no taxi companies in Merrickville, there are taxi companies operating out of Smiths Falls (the next town over). Please note, UBER is not available in Merrickville. We will have a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the venue at set times. Please see below for more information. We encourage you to plan your transportation to and from the venue ahead of time.

While there is no parking lot at the venue itself, the entire town of Merrickville has free street parking and there are many places to park nearby. Please avoid parking directly in front of the venue, as this space is needed for the caterer and other vendors. Thank you!
